摘要
地方高校技术转移机构的专业化成长是打通科技创新最后一公里的有效手段。本文在了解浙江省地方高校技术转移机构成长现状基础上,详细分析了其成长中存在的主要问题,最后有针对性地从政策、规模、管理、功能和人才五个路径角度提出了推进其成长的有效建议。
The professional growth of technology transfer institutions in local colleges is an effective means to open up the last mile of technological innovation.Based on the understanding of the growth status of technology transfer institutions in local colleges in Zhejiang Province,this paper analyzes in detail the main problems in their growth,and finally puts forward effective suggestions to promote the growth of the institutions from the perspectives of five paths of policy,scale,management,function,and talents.
