摘要 近年来,我国大力倡导“一带一路”建设,出台了一系列鼓励国有企业“走出去”的政策和指导性文件,明确提出将国际化经营作为建设具有国际竞争力的世界一流企业的重要途径,鼓励和支持国有企业在更大范围、更高水平、更深层次上开展对外交流与合作。在新时期下,国有企业应积极主动对接国家“一带一路”建设,紧跟“走出去”战略,通过对国际化经营激励机制的探索,促进国际化业务高质量发展,在构建以国内大循环为主体,国内国际双循环相互促进新发展格局中做出应有贡献,助力我国对外开放水平的提升。 In recent years,China has vigorously advocated the construction of the"Belt and Road"and issued a series of policies and guidance documents to encourage state-owned enterprises to"go global",and clearly stated that the international operation as an important way to build world-class enterprises with international competitiveness,and encouraged and supported state-owned enterprises to carry out foreign exchanges and cooperation in a wider range,higher level and deeper level.In the new era,state-owned enterprises should actively connect with the country's the"Belt and Road"construction,closely follow the"going global"strategy,promote the high-quality development of international business through the exploration of the incentive mechanism for international operations,and make due contributions to the construction of a new development pattern with the domestic big cycle as the main body and the domestic and international double cycles mutually promoting each other,and help China to improve the level of opening up.
