摘要
尽管人们对重大工程价值创造的兴趣日益浓厚,但对于利益相关者如何参与重大工程项目交付过程并在整个生命周期内实现价值创造的了解很少。为了揭示这个复杂的过程,本研究提出了一种从利益相关者价值网络(SVN)扩展来对重大工程的利益相关者进行定性和定量分析价值交付和创造的新颖方法。
Although interest in value creation of mega-project is mounting,little is known about how stakeholders engage with the mega-project delivery process and realize value creation.To unveil this intricate process,this study presents a novel approach extended from stakeholder value network(SVN)to conduct both qualitative and quantitative analysis value delivery and creation among stakeholders in mega-projects.
