摘要
大数据资源匮乏制约了人工智能对绿色经济评价技术(LCC)应用的驱动力。分析并提出了数据来源企业的协同行为影响了数据资源的可得性、可用性和可靠性,分析并提出了能力-资源-机制三个维度上的协同行为影响因素,并提出了对策建议。
The lack of big data resources restricts the driving force of artificial intelligence for the application of green economy evaluation technology(LCC).It analyzed and proposed that the collaborative behavior of the data source company affected the accessibility,availability and reliability of data resources;It analyzed and proposed the influencing factors of the collaborative behavior in the three dimensions of capability-resource-mechanism,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
