摘要
结合青岛至连云港铁路跨胶州湾特大桥施工实践,提出了将50m预应力混凝土简支箱梁由节段拼装变更为支架现浇施工,设计了海中浅水区简支箱梁现浇施工用的钢管立柱、贝雷梁支架方案,简要介绍了支架体系的设计、力学验算及主要施工要点等。
Combined with the construction practice of the Qingdao-Lianyungang Railway Crossing Jiaozhou Bay Bridge,it is proposed to change the 50m prestressed concrete simply supported box girder from segmental assembly to support cast-in-place construction.The steel pipe column and Bailey beam support scheme for the cast-in-situ simple box girder in the shallow water area of the sea is designed,and the design of the support system,mechanical check calculations and main construction points,etc.are briefly introduced.
