摘要
金相分析是金属材料实验研究的重要方法之一。定量金相学原理用于通过测量和计算二维金相样品或薄膜表面的金相显微组织来确定合金结构的三维形态。从而建立合金成分,组织与性能之间的定量关系。本文从具体的钛合金IMI834和铝合金2219-O入手,探讨其主要微观组织的形成过程和结构特征。
Metallographic analysis is one of the important methods of experimental research on metallic materials.The principle of quantitative metallography is used to determine the three-dimensional morphology of the alloy structure by measuring and calculating the metallographic microstructure on the surface of a two-dimensional metallographic sample or film,thereby establishing the quantitative relationship between alloy composition,organization and performance.This article starts with the specific titanium alloy IMI834 and aluminum alloy 2219-O,and discusses the formation process and structural characteristics of their main microstructures.
