细胞衰老及相关疾患的circRNA机制及功能

摘要 衰老是指随年龄增长机体出现功能退行性变化的复杂生物学过程,衰老及相关疾患是目前老龄化问题加剧的研究热点之一.circRNA是具有特殊封闭环状结构的非编码RNA分子,参与细胞内基因表达,影响细胞通路和关键细胞周期,以及多物种不同细胞的生理病理过程,其特异性表达和外界环境刺激的相互作用与细胞衰老进程密切相关.特异性circRNA机制及功能的阐述,有望从分子水平上为衰老及其相关疾患的筛检、诊断和早期干预提供新的理论依据,对于应对人口老龄化具有一定科学意义. Senescence is a complex biological process of gradual degeneration of the function of the body with ageing.Senescence and its related diseases become one of the research hotspots at present with aggravated ageing problem.CircRNA is a non-coding RNA molecule of special closed circular structure which is involved in gene expression,affects cell pathways,key cell cycle processes and physiological and pathological processes in different cells of various species as well.Its specific expression and interaction with environmental stimulation are closely related to the process of cell senescence.The explanation of the specific mechanism and function of circRNA is expected to raise new theoretical basis for the screening,diagnosis and early intervention of senescence and related diseases at the molecular level.It is of scientific significance in realizing the goal of healthy aging population in China.
