摘要
阐述了真空碳酸钾法脱硫废液水解的原理及工艺流程,介绍了鞍钢化工厂脱硫废液水解单元开工以来的生产操作情况,分析了水解前后脱硫废液CN-化验数据,脱硫废液水解工艺总氰去除率高,实验条件下可达99%,实际生产可达97%,可在工业化生产中安全、稳定、连续运行。
The principle and process flow of hydrolysis on desulfurization wastewater by vacuum potassium process are described.Operating conditions of the hydrolysis unit for desulfurization wastewater of Ansteel Chemical Technology Co.,Ltd.are introduced after it was put into production.Besides,the lab report on CN-of the desulfurization wastewater before and after the hydrolysis is analyzed.The result shows that the hydrolysis process has a higher efficiency for total CN-removal,up to 99%in lab condition and 97%in actual operation.It can be put into commercial production in safe,stable and continuous manner.
