摘要
新冠肺炎疫情期间,定点医院接收社会各界大量捐赠调拨物资,如何合法合规接收,如何合理分配及使用,成为医院亟需解决的现实问题。首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院平谷医院作为区级定点医院,将PDCA循环运用到捐赠调拨物资管理中,建立多部门联合工作机制,在物资使用前评估审批,使用中设立入库出库台账,使用后院内纪检监督检查,并形成螺旋上升的管理闭环,对于提升物资管理质量、确保捐赠调拨物资合理高效使用发挥了重要作用。
A lot of allocated supplies and donated materials were received by the hospital designated during the period of COVID-19 epidemic.It is urgent problem how to accept the supplies and materials legally and how to allocate and use them reasonably.Beijing Friendship Hospital PingGu Hospital as the designated treatment hospital established a multi department joint working mechanism,based on PDCA cycle management,and evaluated and approved before use,set up a warehouse in and warehouse out account during use,and applied the discipline inspection,supervision and inspection in the backyard,then formed a spiral closed-cycle.It played a crucial part in improving the management of supplies and materials and ensuring efficient use reasonably.
