The constitution is an important basis of hospital management and an important symbol of establishing modern hospital management system.Peking Union Medical College Hospital has formulated the hospital constitution on the basis of nearly 100 years of cultural accumulation and system construction,through extensive participation,full discussion and consensus.This paper systematically summarizes the contents,formulation process and principles of the constitution of Peking Union Medical College Hospital,and deeply considers the issues needing attention in formulating the constitution of the hospital,which provides reference and enlightenment for the formulation of the constitution of public hospitals.
