摘要
近期研究表明,2型糖尿病与骨折密切相关,是骨折发生的独立危险因素,高血糖和胰岛素相对不足可能是2型糖尿病患者骨强度下降、骨折风险提升的重要机制。本文就2型糖尿病骨折流行病学、发病机制以及降糖药物对骨折风险的影响进行综述,以期改善2型糖尿病患者的骨骼健康。
Recent studies have shown that type 2 diabetes mellitus is closely related to the fractures,which is an independent risk factor for fractures,and hyperglycemia and the relative lack of insulin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus may be the important mechanisms for reduction of bone strength and increase of risk of fracture.This article reviews the epidemiology,related mechanisms of type 2 diabetic fractures and the effects of antidiabetic medications on risk of fracture,so as to improve the bone health of patients with type 2 diabetes.
