一种新型集成电驱系统的稳态温度场分析

摘要 文章针对纯电动汽车新型集成电驱系统高集成化、高耦合度的特点,分析了系统热源分布,讨论了系统内传热模式并建立了热阻模型;采用集中参数热网络(lumped parameter thermal network,LPTN)方法建立系统的热网络模型计算得到关键节点温度,同时通过试验测得关键节点温度;对比LPTN方法和试验的数据结果显示,计算温度与试验温度误差较小。文章对高温部件和高误差位置产生的原因进行了分析,为后期该新型系统的优化设计提供了基础。 In consideration of the characteristics of high integration and high coupling of a novel integrated electric drive system for electric vehicle,the heat source distribution in the system is analyzed,the heat transfer mode in the system is discussed and the heat resistance model is established.The heat network model of the system is established by the lumped parameter thermal network(LPTN)method to obtain the temperature of key nodes.Experiment is done to measure the temperature of key nodes.Comparison with the experimental data shows that the temperature error is small.The causes of high temperature components and high error locations are also analyzed.It provides a basis for the optimization design of this novel system.
