摘要 在深入了解经济高质量发展内涵的基础上,构建了涵盖创新、协调、绿色、开放及共享五个维度的指标体系,并利用熵权TOPSIS对沿江11省市2008—2017年经济发展质量指数和五大分维度指数进行测度。从总体来看,长江经济带高质量发展水平呈缓慢上升的趋势,但仍处于较低的水平区间,且区域间存在较强的异质性;从上、中、下游分区域来看,长江经济带发展不充分不平衡,大致呈现下、中、上游依次递减态势;从五大维度分析来看,协调发展和绿色发展是促进中、上游区域经济发展的重要驱动因素,而下游区域则应从创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大方面全方位推进,助力长江经济带的发展。 Based on the in-depth understanding of the connotation of high-quality economic development,this paper constructs an evaluation index system covering five dimensions of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing,and uses the entropy weight TOPSIS to measure the economic development quality index and five sub-dimension indices of 11 provinces and cities along the Yangtze River from 2008 to 2017.The results show that the high quality development level of the Yangtze River Economic Belt shows a trend of slow rise,while it is still at a low level.There is strong heterogeneity among regions.In terms of upper,middle and lower reaches,the high-quality economic development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is insufficient and unbalanced,and generally presents a derreasing trend from lower,middle to upper reaches.In the light ofthe measurement results of the five dimensions,the economic development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt should be implemented respectively.The coordinated development and green development are the important drivers to promote the economic development of the middle and upper reaches,while the downstream regions should be promoted from the five major aspects of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing.
