厦门市臭氧污染空间分布中紫外工艺污染分析

摘要 根据厦门市挥发性有机物(volatile organic compounds,VOCs)调查情况,对80家代表性的企业监测数据的研究表明:臭氧污染主要发生在紫外光解、紫外+活性炭、紫外+等离子等有机废气处理效率低的工艺中;厦门市臭氧工业源空间分布呈现岛内远低于岛外的格局,岛外臭氧工业源主要分布在集美区、同安区和海沧区;厦门市各行政区规模工业增速与臭氧污染没有显著相关性,各行政区臭氧处理总量平均值与其规模工业经济增速皮尔逊相关系数为-0.31;臭氧污染与VOCs年产生量呈正相关;湖里区、思明区臭氧处理工艺治理效果显著。建议有关部门加强生产工艺和废气治理设施检查,倡导紫外催化分解与其他工艺联用的处理工艺,降低臭氧产生量;在臭氧污染治理时,考虑VOCs年产生量及其空间分布。 A study of UV treatment on ozone pollution was carried out on data of 80 emission enterprises from the VOCs(volatile organic compounds)investigation in Xiamen City.The results show that ozone pollution mainly occurs in processes of low-efficient organic waste gas treatment as such for UV photolysis,UV+activated carbon,and UV+plasma;the spatial distribution of industrial ozone sources is much lower within Xiamen island than that outside,mainly clustering in Jimei District,Tongan District and Haicang District;the Pearson correlation coefficient is-0.31 between the average total of ozone treated and economic growth of industries above designated size in divisions of Xiamen City,which indicates that there is no significant correlation between the growth rate of scale industries and ozone pollution of Xiamen City;ozone pollution is positively correlated with the annual VOCs production;and ozone treatment achieves remarkable efficiency in Huli District and Siming District.It is suggested that departments concerned should strengthen the inspection of production process and waste gas treatment facilities,advocate ultraviolet catalytic decomposition combined with other processes to reduce ozone production,and optimize the spatial distribution of VOCs in the process of ozone pollution control.
