电力用户多渠道自动缴费习惯预判预警系统设计

摘要 业务高峰时段多渠道缴费用户数量激增,缴费网络问题频繁,设计一种电力用户多渠道自动缴费习惯预判预警系统。整合多种缴费渠道,构建以客户需求为标准的多渠道电力缴费体系,基于熵值法改进RFM模型,推算用户对每种缴费渠道偏好习惯,识别电子化缴费渠道习惯用户数量,精准评估网络缴费高峰时段业务量,运用Android应用模块、Web服务中间层、应用服务器及短消息发布模块,构建高度完整的自动缴费习惯预判预警系统,最大限度扼制故障现象发生。仿真实验表明,预判系统可靠性和准确性较高,可实现电力缴费网络问题提前预警,实现供电企业与电力用户双赢。 The crowds of the users from multiple payment channels during peak times has always caused the network problem,thus,a forcasting and early warning system for power users’automatic payment habit is designed.The multi-channel electricity payment system is established by intergrating a variety of payment channels to set the criteria to meet the customers’needs.The RFM model based on entropy method is used to calculate users’preferences and the number of customer who are using the digital channel to finish payment,and accurately evaluate the business volume during peak period of network payment.The use of Android Application module,web service middle tier,application server and SMS release Module to build a highly complete automatic payment habits pre-warning system,and to prevent the breakdown to the maximum.The simulation results show that the prediction system is accurate and reliable,which can realize the goal of early warning of power payment network,and realize the win-win situation between power supply enterprises and power users.
