摘要
请假是现在高校中每个学生都要遇到的问题,但是由于高校学生管理相对开放,传统形式的学生请假方式存在人工管理效率较低、请假信息数据不宜保存、请假数据利用不方便管理等问题。根据学生请假的具体环节,提出一种包括学生端、辅导员端、学工办端、学院端的多级请假管理系统模式,根据请假的具体情况进行不同的数据处理,将请假数据及时存贮到数据库,再通过Web技术将请假信息反馈给学校各级管理者,从而提高了学生请假信息的管理效率及数据的利用效率。通过对系统的测试,验证了系统能够高效地完成请假过程及请假信息数据的管理和利用。
Leave is now a problem that every student in colleges and universities have to face.However,due to the relatively open management of college students,the traditional form of student leave has some problems,such as inefficient manual management,inappropriate storage of leave information data,inconvenient use of leave data and so on.According to the specific links of students’leave,this paper puts forward a multi-level management system model,which includes students,teachers,students and colleges.According to the specific conditions of the leave,the leave data is stored in the database in time,and then the leave information is fed back to the school management at all levels through Web technology.Therefore,we can improve the efficiency of students leave and the efficiency of data utilization.Through the test of the system,it is verified that the system can efficiently complete the leave process and data management and utilization.
