参与教学法在2-庚酮合成实验中的应用

摘要 以2-庚酮的合成实验为例,介绍了参与教学法在有机合成实验教学实践中的应用,学生自主改进实验方案,首先在烷基化的过程中以无水碳酸钾代替金属钠并加入相转移催化剂来促进反应进行;其次在减压蒸馏中只除去乙酰乙酸乙酯,粗产品直接用于下一步反应;最后通过实验验证,省去作用不明显的步骤,通过对比发现改进后的实验方法简化了操作过程,节省了反应时间、提高了产品收率。学生通过这种教学方法激发了学习热情,加强了主体参与性,提高了独立思考、解决问题的能力,取得了良好的教学效果。 Takes the synthesis of 2-heptanone as an example,this paper introduces the application of participatory teaching method in the teaching practice of organic synthesis experiment.Students improve the experiment method independently.Firstly,in the process of alkylation anhydrous potassium carbonate is used instead of sodium and phase transfer catalyst is added to promote the reaction.Secondly,only ethyl acetoacetate is removed in vacuum distillation.The crude products are directly used in the next step.Finally,the steps that have no obvious effect are omitted,through experimental verification.The improved experimental method simplifies the operation process,saves the reaction time and improves the product yield.Through this teaching method,students have inspired their enthusiasm for study,strengthened their subject participation,improved their ability to think and solve problems independently,and achieved good teaching results.
