基于鱼鳔膜的表面增强拉曼散射综合实验设计

摘要 根据科研成果设计了鱼鳔膜上原位制备纳米银并将其应用于表面增强拉曼散射的综合化学实验项目。利用盐酸羟胺还原硝酸银在鱼鳔膜上制备出纳米银,采用扫描电子显微镜、紫外可见漫反射光谱仪、红外光谱仪对材料进行表征。并利用4-巯基吡啶和罗丹明6G作为探针研究了纳米银/鱼鳔膜的表面增强拉曼散射效果。该实验借助生活中常见的鱼鳔膜作为原料,能激发学生的实验兴趣,实验内容包含多类化学及仪器分析的理论知识和实验技能,可以全面培养学生的实验能力、科学素养和创新意识。 According to some research achievements,a comprehensive chemical experiment project including in-situ preparation of silver nanoparticles on swim bladder membrane and its application to surface-enhanced Raman scattering was designed.Silver nanoparticles were reduced by hydroxylamine hydrochloride on swim bladder membrane.The materials were characterized by scanning electron microscope,UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectrometer and infrared spectrometer.The surface-enhanced Raman scattering effects of the silver nanoparticles/swim bladder membrane were studied by using 4-mercaptopyridine and rhodamine 6G as probes.The swim bladder membrane of a common material in life was applied as a raw material,which can stimulate students experimental interest.The experiment contains theoretical knowledge and experimental skills of many kinds of chemical and instrumental analysis.Furthermore,it can comprehensively cultivate students experimental ability,scientific literacy and innovation consciousness.
