基于AHP-Fuzzy法的高校实验室信息化建设水平研究

Research on university laboratory information construction level based on AHP-Fuzzy method

针对高校实验室信息化建设特点,从信息基础建设、信息化人才队伍、信息化安全和信息化产出效益4个方面选择14个指标构建实验室信息化建设水平评价指标体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)确定评价指标的权重,采用模糊综合评价法(Fuzzy)对某高校工科学院实验室信息化建设水平进行评价。结果表明该学院的实验室信息化建设水平总体上为“优”,但在信息化人才队伍建设和信息化产出效益等方面仍有提升的空间。

According to the characteristics of laboratory information construction in colleges and universities.Fourteen indexes were selected from 4 aspects of information infrastructure,information technology team,information security,information output benefit to construct laboratory information construction level evaluation index system.The weight of each evaluation index was determined by the AHP method and the laboratory information construction level of an engineering college was evaluated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Results show that the college laboratory information construction level evaluation made a score of“excellent”,but there is still room for improvement on technology team construction and information output benefit.
