摘要
海上试验技术是海洋仪器设备研发向海洋科技成果转化的关键环节,国家对海洋仪器设备海上试验技术研究投入了大量的资金和精力。文章对国内海上试验场、试验平台、试验活动、试验标准规范和技术服务体系的现状进行了概述,并分析了海上试验技术的发展趋势。
Marine test technology is a key factor in development of marine instrument and the transformation of marine scientific and the technological achievements.A large amount of funds and energy have been invested in the research of marine test technology of marine instruments and equipment by the nation.This paper summaries the present situation of marine test field,marine test platform,marine test practice and standard specifications and technical service system,and the development trend of marine test technology is also analyzed.
