共青团改革背景下高校学生社团管理刍议——以某医科大学为例

Management of Student Associations under the Background of the Reform of the Communist Youth League:An Example of a Medical University

高校学生社团在丰富校园文化、提升综合素质方面发挥了较大作用,但目前我国高校对学生社团的管理仍存在一些问题。就此,对传统模式学生社团及某医科大学学生社团存在的问题及成因进行调研,并在此基础上对加强高校学生社团管理工作提出建议,供同行借鉴与参考。

Student associations play a great role in enriching campus culture and improving the comprehensive quality of college students.However,the current situation is that there are some problems in the management of student organizations in colleges and universities across the country.Through the analysis of the problems and causes of the student organizations in a medical university,the author puts forward suggestions to strengthen the management of student organizations.
