基于中医异病同治理论探讨蒙药多叶棘豆治疗呼吸系统疾病的网络药理机制 被引量:3

Discussion on the Network Pharmacological Mechanism of Mongolian Medicine Oxytropis Multileaf in Treating Respiratory Diseases Based on the Theory of Treating Different Diseases with the Same Treatment in Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要 目的基于中医异病同治理论探讨棘豆止咳散中多叶棘豆治疗呼吸系统疾病的网络药理机制。方法利用中药数据库(TCMID)搜索多叶棘豆单味蒙药治疗急性支气管炎、哮喘的靶点,通过String数据库对关键作用靶点构建蛋白质相互作用网络。分析多叶棘豆治疗急性支气管炎、哮喘的作用机制,借助Clue Go对关键作用靶点进行基因分析和KEGG富集。结果共得到86个多叶棘豆治疗急性支气管炎、哮喘的作用靶点,富集分析其生物过程与细胞缺氧反应、炎症反应最为密切,KEGG分析肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)信号通路最为显著,靶点肿瘤坏死因子α与有强烈的结合活性。结论基于中医异病同治理论,预测出棘豆止咳散中多叶棘豆治疗急性支气管炎、哮喘具有多成分-多靶点-多通路的特点,为棘豆止咳散的基础研究、临床应用提供了理论依据。 Objective Based on the theory of treating different diseases with the same treatment in traditional Chinese medicine,this paper explores the network pharmacological mechanism of Oxytropis multileaf Oxytropis in treating respiratory diseases.Methods The Chinese Medicine Database(TCMID)was used to search the targets of the single Mongolian medicine of Oxytropis monophylla in the treatment of acute bronchitis and asthma,and the String database was used to construct a protein interaction network for the key targets.Analyze the action mechanism of Oxytropis multifolia in the treatment of acute bronchitis and asthma,and use ClueGo to perform gene analysis and KEGG enrichment of key targets.Results A total of 86 targets for the treatment of acute bronchitis and asthma by Duoye Oxybean Capsules were obtained.The enrichment analysis of its biological process is most closely related to the cellular hypoxia response and inflammatory response.KEGG analysis of the TNF signaling pathway is the most significant,and the target tumor Necrosis factor alpha has a strong binding activity.Conclusion Based on the theory of treating different diseases with the same treatment in traditional Chinese medicine,it is predicted that Oxytropis multi-leaf Oxytropis in the treatment of acute bronchitis and asthma has the characteristics of multi-component-multi-target-multi-pathway,which provides the experimental research and clinical application of Oxytropis anti-cough powder The theoretical basis.
