腹四穴温针灸结合面部提捏推筋治疗顽固性面瘫的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Obstinate Facial Paralysis by Warming Acupuncture at Four Points of the Abdomen Combined with Facial Lifting and Pinching

目的研究腹四穴温针灸结合面部提捏推筋治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效。方法将61例顽固性面瘫患者随机分为治疗组(31例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组运用腹四穴温针灸结合面部提捏推筋法治疗,对照组应用常规针刺治疗,两个疗程后观察两组患者H-B分级、杨氏评分及临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗后H-B分级及杨氏评分均较本组治疗前显著改善,且治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为87.1%、66.7%,愈显率分别为64.5%、30%,两组间总有效率及愈显率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹四穴温针灸结合面部提捏推筋治疗顽固性面瘫疗效显著。

Objective To study the clinical effect of warm acupuncture moxibustion at four points on the abdomen combined with facial lifting and pressing tendons to treat intractable facial paralysis.Methods 61 patients with intractable facial paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group(31 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with four-point warming acupuncture on the abdomen combined with facial lifting and pinching and pushing muscles.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.After 2 courses of treatment,the H-B classification,Young′s score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the H-B classification and Young′s score of the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment,and the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 87.1%and 66.7%,respectively,and the cure rates were 64.5%and 30%,respectively.There was a statistically significant difference in the total effective rate and cure rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The four-point abdomen warming acupuncture moxibustion combined with facial lifting and pinching tendons is effective in treating intractable facial paralysis.
