作为能源供给侧改革的重要一环,新能源发电赋予了我国能源转型的新动能,能源结构占比呈逐步上升趋势,但随着电价等政策的收紧以及我国对新冠肺炎疫情的初步控制,新能源发电将步入竞平价和后疫情时期,面临诸多机遇与挑战。在深入分析新能源发电资源分布和政策现状,总结机遇与挑战基础上,提出了竞平价和后疫情时期下,新能源发电的规模化、优质化的三大具体投资策略与提升效能、保障送出、创新模式的六大具体措施。对新能源企业在竞平价和后疫情时期开展投资业务具有一定的指导意义。

Novel coronavirus pneumonia is a new energy source in the energy supply side reform.New energy generation has given the new energy of China's energy transformation.The proportion of energy structure has been increasing.But with the tightening of electricity prices and the initial control of China's new crown pneumonia,new energy power generation will enter the era of competitive price and post epidemic,and face many opportunities and challenges.Based on the in-depth analysis of the distribution of new energy power generation resources and the status quo of policies,and the summary of opportunities and challenges,this paper puts forward three specific investment strategies for the scale and quality of new energy power generation in the period of competitive parity and post epidemic situation,and six specific measures for improving efficiency,ensuring delivery and innovating mode.It has certain guiding significance for new energy enterprises to carry out investment business in the period of competitive parity and post epidemic.
