微流体集成芯片中流体试剂的存储和释放

Storage and Release of Fluid Reagents in the Integrated Microfluidic Chip

摘要 对试剂集成的片上实验室(LOC)在疾病快速准确诊断中的优势进行了简单阐述,重点从试剂的存储方法及控制释放机制介绍了各类液体试剂集成方法的优缺点,并对片外和片内预存储液体试剂及其外部释放机制对试剂容量、释放率、存储试剂类型、存储时间、损失率、试剂性能、释放可控性和对外围设备需求的影响进行了评述,总结了近年来在微流体片上实验室中存储并按需释放流体试剂领域的研究进展。最后,对在片上实验室上预存储及控制释放试剂的不同方法进行了对比总结,并对该领域的未来发展趋势进行了展望。 The advantages of the reagent-integrated laboratory-on-a-chip(LOC)for rapid and accurate diagnosis of diseases are briefly described.The advantages and disadvantages of various liquid reagent integration methods are introduced emphatically from the aspects of the storage method and the mechanism of control and release.The external and on-chip pre-storage liquid reagents and their external release mechanism are reviewed,especially their influences on the reagent capacity,release rate,storage reagent type,storage time,loss rate,reagent performance,release controllability and the need for peripherals.The research progresses in the field of storing and on-demand releasing fluid reagents in the microfluidic laboratory-on-a-chip in recent years are summarized.Finally,different methods of pre-storage and controlled release of reagents in the laboratory-on-a-chip are compared and summarized,and the future development trend of the field is prospected.
