基于AHP-SWOT的昆明市绿色物流发展研究

Research on the Development of Green Logistics in Kunming Based on AHP-SWOT

文中采用定性方法与定量方法相结合的方式,研究了昆明市绿色物流的发展状况及对策。通过SWOT分析法便可以得到影响昆明市绿色物流发展的各个关键因素,运用层次分析法可以将各个因素赋予相应的权重,然后对每个关键因素的重要程度进行排序。SWOT分析法可帮助制定四类战略,分别是WO战略、WT战略、SO战略和ST战略。通过对昆明市绿色物流发展现状的分析及研究,便可以得到昆明市绿色物流的发展主要采取的是哪种战略选择,最后,根据研究提出相应的发展措施。

The development status and countermeasures of green logistics in Kunming are studied by combining qualitative and quantitative methods.Through SWOT analysis,the key factors that affect the development of green logistics in Kunming can be obtained.AHP can be used to assign corresponding weight to each factor,and then the importance of each key factor can be ranked.SWOT analysis can help formulate four types of strategies,namely WO strategy,WT strategy,SO strategy and ST strategy.Through the analysis and research on the current situation of the development of green logistics in Kunming,we can get which strategic choice is the main choice for the development of green logistics in Kunming,and finally put forward the corresponding development measures according to the research.
