Danger and Opportunity of Cold Chain Logistics in Today's Era

2019年我国冷链物流行业的市场规模约为3391亿元,比2018年增长505.2亿元,同比增长17.5%。随着居民生活水平的提高和对食品安全的高度重视,可预见未来冷链物流将面临更大的发展机遇。然而,由于我国冷链物流诞生较晚,与国外发达的冷链物流体系相比,国内冷链物流水平仍然落后,这严重阻碍了其健康发展。为此,文中基于前人研究找出了制约当前冷链物流行业发展的因素并提出了相关解决方案。

In 2019,the market scale of China's cold chain logistics industry is about 339.1 billion yuan,which is 50.52 billion yuan higher than that of 2018,with a year-on-year growth of 17.5%.With the improvement of people's living standards and high attention to food safety,it can be predicted that cold chain logistics will face greater development opportunities in the future.However,due to the late birth of cold chain logistics in China,compared with the developed cold chain logistics system in foreign countries,the domestic cold chain logistics level is still backward,which seriously hinders its healthy development.Therefore,based on previous studies,this paper finds out the factors hindering the development of cold chain logistics and puts forward relevant solutions.
