物流管理专业群1+X证书制度试点建设研究

Research on the Pilot Construction of 1+X Certificate System for Logistics Management Specialty Group

1+X证书制度试点,旨在鼓励学生在获得学历证书的同时,积极取得多个职业技能等级证书,目前绝大多数专业尚未有职业技能等级证书与之相对应,毕业生很难同时获取若干个职业技能等级证书。文中以物流管理专业群为例,通过对现代物流专业群组群实证研究,阐释1+X证书制度试点过程中存在的问题,从物流产业转型升级、职业教育健康发展、职业院校特色发展、毕业生可持续发展等方面分析基于专业群视角下开展1+X证书制度试点的价值,通过开展基础工作优化单专业课证融通的模块化课程体系,关键支撑:构建“平台+模块+方向”的专业群课程体系,路径实施:专业群内X个职业技能等级证书互选等工作,全面提高物流专业群复合型技术技能人才的培养质量。

1+X Certificate system pilot construction research of logistics management professional group is designed to encourage students to actively obtain multiple vocational skill level certificates while obtaining academic certificates.At present,most majors do not yet have corresponding vocational skill level certificates,it is difficult for graduates to obtain several vocational skill level certificates at the same time.This article takes the logistics management professional group as an example,through an empirical study on the modern logistics professional group,to explain the problems existing in the pilot process of the 1+X certificate system,from the logistics industry transformation and upgrading,the healthy development of vocational education,the development of vocational college characteristics,the sustainable development of graduates and other aspects to analyze the value of the pilot of 1+X certificate system from the perspective of the professional group.By carrying out basic work to optimiz the modular curriculum system of single professional course certificate integration,building a“platform+module+direction”major group course system,implement the selection of X vocational skill level certificates in the professional group,etc.,to comprehensively improve the training quality of the compound technical skills of the logistics professional group.
