摘要 [目的]建立一种利用高效液相色谱串联质谱测定20%氟唑菌酰羟胺悬浮剂含量的方法。[方法]采用Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱,柱温设定35℃,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸水(体积比75∶25)为流动相,在流速为1.0 mL/min的条件下,用液质通过ESI离子源正离子模式扫描,定量分析20%氟唑菌酰羟胺悬浮剂的含量。[结果]方法的线性相关系数为0.9998,标准偏差为0.04,变异系数为0.20%,添加回收率在97.52%~100.19%之间,平均回收率为99.03%。[结论]该方法操作便捷,准确度及精密度高,可以准确分析20%氟唑菌酰羟胺悬浮剂含量。 [Aims] This study aims to establish a method for the determination of pydiflumetofen 20% SC by HPLC-MS. [Methods] The determination of pydiflumetofen in the samples was conducted with Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 as chromatographic column at 35 ℃, acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid water(75 ∶25, by vol) as the mobile phase with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and by HPLC-MS under ESI ion source positive ion mode scanning.[Results] The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9998, the standard deviation is 0.04, and the coefficient of variation is 0.20%, the corresponding recoveries were 97.52-100.19%, and the average recovery was 99.03%. [Conclusions] The method is simple in operation, high accuracy and precision, which can be used to analyze the active ingredient content of pydiflumetofen formulation accurately.
