贵州辣椒中腐霉利和高效氯氟氰菊酯的残留及膳食风险评估 被引量:10

Residue Levels and Health Risk of Procymidone and Lambda-cyhalothrin Residues in Pepper in Guizhou

摘要 [目的]明确贵州鲜食辣椒中腐霉利和高效氯氟氰菊酯的残留水平及其可能存在的膳食摄入风险。[方法]通过建立一种快速、简便的气相色谱检测鲜食辣椒中腐霉利和高效氯氟氰菊酯残留量的方法,采集贵州各地鲜食辣椒进行残留检测,并对不同人群的膳食暴露及风险进行了评估。[结果]贵州辣椒中腐霉利检出率为8.25%,残留量在0.01~0.625 mg/kg之间,慢性膳食摄入风险在1.10%~1.72%之间,急性膳食摄入风险为1.13%~4.26%;高效氯氟氰菊酯检出率为69.31%,残留量为0.01~0.784 mg/kg之间,慢性膳食摄入风险在20.52%~31.92%之间,急性膳食摄入风险为19.71%~74.35%。[结论]2种农药在贵州鲜食辣椒中的残留对不同年龄段的儿童、青少年、成年人和老年人男/女性人群的急性、慢性膳食摄入风险均在可接受范围之内,消费者膳食较安全。 [Aims] This study aims to confirm the residue behavior and possible dietary intake risk of procymidone and lambda-cyhalothrin applied to pepper in Guizhou. [Methods] A simple, rapid analytical method for the determination of procymidone and lambda-cyhalothrin residues in pepper samples was developed using gas chromatograph. Fresh chili peppers were collected from Guizhou for residue detection, and the dietary intake risk assessment to different populations was carried out at Guizhou, China. [Results] The detection frequency of procymidone in Guizhou pepper was 8.25%, the residual amount was between 0.01 and 0.625 mg/kg, the risk of chronic dietary intake was between 1.10 and 1.72%, and the risk of acute dietary intake was between 1.13 and 4.26%. The detection rate of lambda-cyhalothrin is 69.31%, the residual amount is between 0.01 and 0.784 mg/kg, the risk of chronic dietary intake is between 20.52 and 31.92%, and the risk of acute dietary intake is between 19.71 and 74.35%. [Conclusions] The results showed that the acute and chronic dietary intake risks of the two pesticide residues in Guizhou fresh chili peppers to children,adolescents, adults, and elderly men and women of different ages are within the acceptable range, consumers have a safer diet.
