摘要
从国际、国内期刊上选取2007年至2020年关于员工绿色行为研究文章74篇,进行关键词复杂网络分析,反映员工绿色行为的整体研究趋势;随后深入挖掘文章内容信息,从组织、团队、个体3个层面对已有研究进行梳理。结果发现:计划行为理论是主要使用理论,企业社会责任、领导力、动机、绿色人力资源管理对员工绿色行为的影响是研究热点,缺乏员工绿色行为作用结果的研究。
This paper selects 74 articles on employee green behavior research from 2007 to 2020 from international and domestic journals, and conducts keyword network analysis, and then digs deeper into the content and sorts out existing research from three aspects: organization, team, and individual. It is found that the research on employee green behavior is mainly guided by theory of planned behavior, and the impact of corporate social responsibility, leadership, motivation, green resource management on employee green behavior is a hot research topic. The lack of research on the effects of employee green behavior became the focus of future research.
