摘要
基于关注到手机购物情境下消费者的信息收集担忧所产生的影响,通过收集的254份问卷对提出的模型和假设进行了检验。研究结果显示,信息收集担忧会增加消费者的保护动机,并进而促使消费者向企业提供虚假信息或者降低消费者的信息透露意愿。另外,信息使用透明度和感知控制可以负向调节信息收集担忧与保护动机之间的关系。
This study examines the influences of information collection concern in the context of mobile shopping, and tests the conceptual model and hypotheses by using the 254 questionnaires. The research results indicate that information collection concern increase consumers’ protection motivation, which then promotes consumers provide falsifying information and decrease their intention to disclose information. Furthermore, this study found that information use transparency and consumers’ perceived control negatively moderated the relationship between information collection concern and protection motivation.
