玄武岩短纤改性木质复合材料力学性能研究

摘要 采用杉木粉和三聚氰胺改性脲醛胶作为基体,偶联剂处理过的玄武岩短纤作为增强材料,通过热压方法制作高强木质复合材料,以解决普通板材强度较低的缺陷。试验结果表明,玄武岩纤维的长度和含量为10mm,10%时,木质复合材料的拉伸强度达到最大值17.365MPa,强度提高了47.46%;玄武岩纤维的长度和含量为15mm,2.5%时,木质复合材料的弯曲强度达到最大值44.055MPa,强度提高了60.65%。 This paper used fir powder and melamine modified urea-formaldehyde resin as matrix,and chopped basalt fibers treated by coupling agent as the new reinforcement,and preparation of the wood composites which have high strength by hot pressing method.It can solve the defect of lower strength of ordinary fiberboard.The test results show that:when the length and content of chopped basalt fibers are 10mm and 10%,the tensile strength of wood composites can reach the maximum 17.365MPa,and the strength is improved by 47.46%.When the length and content of chopped basalt fibers are 15mm and 2.5%,the bending strength of wood composites can reach the maximum 44.055MPa,and the strength is improved by 60.65%.
