基于原位聚合的毛/涤混纺织物抗静电整理的研究

摘要 将低温等离子处理后的羊毛/涤混纺织物作为试验材料,过硫酸铵为氧化剂、SSA-HC1混合酸为掺杂酸,使苯胺单体在织物表面发生原位聚合反应,通过对聚合反应条件的探讨,以表面比电阻和聚苯胺的产率为评价指标,探讨较优抗静电整理工艺,并在此条件下对织物部分性能和结构进行测试。测试结果表明:当苯胺浓度为lmol/L,掺杂酸按照5-磺基水杨酸和盐酸摩尔比为2:10配制,经两次掺杂,反应浴比为1:8时,织物的导电性能较好。但织物的透气性、悬垂性和抗皱性变差。同时,热重分析曲线表明经整理后织物的热分解温度稍有下降,聚苯胺和织物之间的热相容性较好。 After the low temperature plasma treatment of wool/polyester blended fabric is selected as the test material,ammonium persulfate as the oxidant and SSA-HCl mixed acid as the doping acid,the in situ polymerization of the aniline monomer on the surface of the fabric was carried out and the polymerization reaction condition In this paper,the surface antistatic finishing process and the specific resistance of the surface and the yield of polyaniline were used to evaluate the properties of the fabric.The results show that when the concentration of aniline is 1mol/L,the molar ratio of 5-sulfosalicylic acid to hydrochloric acid is 2:10,and when the ratio of 1:8 is 1:8,Conductive performance is better.But the fabric permeability,drape and wrinkle resistance worse.At the same time,the thermogravimetric analysis showed that the thermal decomposition temperature of the finished fabric was slightly decreased,and the thermal compatibility between PANI and fabric was better.
