中小企业协同创新网络演化分析

Analysis on the Evolution of Collaborative Innovation Network of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

利用系统动力学仿真方法,研究在中小企业发展中不同协同创新网络所产生企业创新收益的演化关系。结果表明:中小企业参与协同创新网络能为企业带来创新收益;不同的协同创新网络给企业带来的创新收益呈现明显差异;随着企业参与协同创新网络过程的不断推进,不同的协同创新网络都会趋于整体的协同,带来最终创新绩效的提升。

The method of system dynamics simulation is used to study the evolutionary relationship of enterprise innovation bene⁃fits generated by different collaborative innovation networks in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.The re⁃sults show that the participation of small and medium-sized enterprises in collaborative innovation networks can bring innovation benefits to enterprises,and different collaborative innovation networks bring different innovation benefits to enterprises.With the continuous advancement of enterprise participation in collaborative innovation networks,different collaborative innovation net⁃works tend to be integrated and bring about the improvement of the final innovation performance.
