摘要
利用数值模拟技术,通过改变水蒸气流速、挡液板间距、液滴直径等参数,对挡液板内气液两相流场进行数值模拟计算,分析了各参数对挡液板除液效率和压降的影响,并比较了波纹折线型和加钩状折线型挡液板的除液性能。研究结果表明,随着气流速度和液滴直径增加,除液效率提高;随着板间距增大,除液效率降低;在相同板间距不同气流速度条件下,加钩状折线挡液板除液效率更佳。
By using numerical simulation technology,the gas-liquid two-phase flow field in the baffle was numerically simulated by changing the parameters of water vapor velocity,baffle spacing and droplet diameter.The effects of various parameters on the liquid removal efficiency and pressure drop of the baffle were analyzed,and the liquid removal performance of corrugated baffle and hook baffle was compared.The results showed that with the increase of gas velocity and droplet diameter,the liquid removal efficiency increased;with the increase of plate spacing,the liquid removal efficiency decreases;under the condition of the same plate spacing and different gas velocity,the liquid removal efficiency was better by adding hook shaped broken line baffle.
