煤矿智能打钻造穴一体化技术应用

摘要 为了进一步提高煤矿安全生产效率,改进防突治理工艺,保障作业人员的身体健康,释放人力资源,研究了煤矿智能打钻造穴一体化技术。以某煤矿具体巷道为例,分析了智能钻冲一体化成套装备,主要为自动化控制打钻车和自动化控制钻杆车,并对比分析了智能打钻造穴一体化装备与普通打钻造穴设备的平均钻进速度、平均扩充速度等指标。研究表明,引入自动化施工设备来代替原始设备,配套使用智能水力冲孔造穴来提高防突治理效率,保障煤矿安全生产,降低人力资源输出和工人的劳动强度,保障工人作业安全。 In order to further improve the efficiency of coal mine safety production,improve the outburst prevention technology,protect the health of workers,release human resources,the integrated technology of intelligent drilling and hole making in coal mine was studied.Taking a coal mine specific roadway as an example,this paper analyzed the intelligent drilling and punching integrated complete set of equipment,mainly for automatic control drilling car and automatic control drill pipe car,and compared and analyzed the average drilling speed,average expansion speed and other indicators of intelligent drilling and hole making integrated equipment and ordinary drilling and hole making equipment.The research showed that the introduction of automatic construction equipment to replace the original equipment,supporting the use of intelligent hydraulic punching hole to improve the efficiency of outburst prevention and control,to ensure the safety of coal mine production,to reduce the output of human resources and labor intensity of workers,and to ensure the safety of workers.
