后张有粘结预应力梁张拉伸长量计算与测试

摘要 对预应力混凝土梁的钢束张拉效果进行测试和评定是为检验其施工质量的重要方式。以某大楼双跨后张有粘结预应力混凝土梁的张拉施工过程为例,对其孔道摩擦系数和预应力筋张拉伸长量进行试验测试。结果表明,孔道摩擦系数实测值满足规范要求,钢束张拉伸长量理论值与实测值偏差满足设计要求,其试验测试结果可为类似预应力构件施工中的预应力筋张拉效果提供借鉴。 Testing and evaluating the tensile effect of the steel cable is an important way to test the construction quality of prestressed concrete beam.In this paper,the tensioning construction of double span bonded post-tensioned prestressed concrete beam of a building was taken as an example,the theoretical analysis and testing of the tunnel friction coefficient and the tensile length were carried out in the whole process.The measured value of tunnel friction coefficient meets the specification requirement,the deviation between theoretical value and measured value of tensile length meets the design requirement.The test results can provide reference for the tensile effect of the prestressed rebar in the similar construction of prestressed members.
