基于微助教改进“行政法学”教学的实践探索

行政法学是高等院校行政管理专业本科生的核心必修课程之一,按照传统教学模式教学,“行政法学”课程的教学过程中一直存在课堂互动不足、学生学习不积极、学习效果无法把控等问题。笔者以“行政法学”为载体,将“微助教”融入传统面授进行辅助教学,探索这种教师主导、学生主体混合教学模式的效果。根据实验调查结果表明,微助教辅助教学有利于提高学生的学习效率,只要教师合理安排辅助时间以及任务,混合教学模式可以提高高等教育教学质量。

Administrative law is one of the core compulsory courses for undergraduates majoring in administrative management in colleges and universities.According to the traditional teaching mode,the teaching process of"administrative law"has been plagued by problems such as insufficient classroom interaction,students'inactive learning,and uncontrollable learning effect.Taking"administrative law"as the carrier,the author integrates"micro-teaching assistant"into traditional face-to-face teaching for auxiliary teaching,and explores the effect of this teacher-led and student-oriented mixed teaching mode.According to the experimental results,micro-teaching assistant is conducive to improving students'learning efficiency.As long as teachers properly arrange auxiliary time and tasks,the mixed teaching mode can improve the teaching quality of higher education.
