基本经济制度从"公有制为主体、多种所有制经济成分共同发展"到基本经济制度体系的创新表述,是社会主义基本经济制度理论的新飞跃,契合了马克思《资本论》的思想精髓,与马克思主义政治经济学基本原理同宗同源、一脉相承。坚持和完善社会主义基本经济制度,探索新时代基本经济制度的实现路径,一是要推进混合所有制改革,实现经济高质量发展;二是要提高劳动份额比例,构建更加公平公正共享的分配体系;三是要坚持市场化改革方向,推动有效市场和有为政府更好结合。

The innovative expression of the basic economic system that developed from the concept of "the pattern with the public sector remaining dominant and diverse sectors of the economy developing side by side" is a new leap in the theory of the socialist basic economic system. It is in line with the quintessence of Marx’s Das Kapital, with the same origin and inheritance as the basic principle of Marxist political economics. In order to adhere to and improve the socialist basic economic system, and explore the path to realizing the basic economic system in the new era, we must firstly promote the reform of mixed ownership to achieve high-quality economic development;secondly raise the ratio of labor shares and build a more fair, just and shared distribution system;and thirdly adhere to the direction of market-oriented reform and promote better combination of effective market and effective government.
