民航改革经验对军事飞行学员培养的借鉴启示

Discussion on Enlightenment for Military Cadet Pilots Training Based onthe Experience of Civil Aviation Reform

论文对EBT训练理念、模式和培训体系进行全面回顾,对中国民航飞行训练训练改革动向进行研究分析,借鉴民航领域改革实践经验,从核心胜任力构建、训练科目支撑、训练成绩评定的角度,探讨设计军事飞行学员培训与核心胜任力量化评估的层级支撑体系,为军事飞行训练提供借鉴参考。

This paper aims at a comprehensive review for the EBT training concept,mode and training system,conducts a study and analysis on the reform trend of China's civil aviation flight training,using the practical experience of civil aviation reform for reference,explores the design of a hierarchical support system for the training of military flight cadets and the evaluation of core competencies from the perspective of core competencies construction,training subject support and training performance evaluation,so as to provide reference for military flight training.
