摘要
本文以某型机前护板作动筒结构为研究对象,结合作动筒开锁原理,对作动筒开锁过程进行受力分析,研究分析表明,作动筒开锁压力影响因素主要与摩擦力、弹簧力相关,并通过试验验证了相关参数对开锁压力的影响。
With the structure of the front fairing door actuator cylinder on a certain aircraft as the research object,this paper makes load-bearing analysis during unlocking of the actuator cylinder in combination with unlocking principle of the actuator cylinder.The research shows that factors affecting unlocking pressure of the actuator cylinder are closely related to friction force and spring force.Effect caused by related parameters on unlocking pressure is demonstrated by the test.
