项目管理是现代企业管理的重要组成部分,项目管理水平与方式是决定企业项目管理能力和效率的重要标志。本文研究了飞机类科研项目的管理模式与方法,探索不同时期不同模式下的项目管理组织结构对项目的影响,分析其中优缺点,为飞机制造科研项目管理能力的持续改进提供参考。

Project management is an important part of management on modern enterprise,and the level and mode of project management is a significant symbol to determine the ability and efficiency of enterprise project management.This paper studies the management mode and method about aircraft scientific research project,exploring the influence of project management organization structure in different periods and modes on the project,and also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages so as to provide reference for the continuous improvement of aircraft manufacturing scientific research project management ability.
