某型教练机口盖裂纹分析与研究

Analysis and Research on Crack of Access Cover in Certain Trainer Aircraft

某型教练机在机身中后段机腹左侧部位的一处口盖,其上安装通讯天线的位置出现裂纹。为解决口盖裂纹问题,从设计、工艺、制造、使用环境等方面对故障原因进行分析,结合口盖裂纹部位的理化分析结果,得到裂纹的产生原因,并提出了改进措施。

There is a crack on the access cover on the left side of the belly of the middle rear fuselage of certain trainer aircraft where the communication antenna is installed.In order to solve the crack problem of the access cover,the failure causes are analyzed from the aspects of design,process,manufacturing and service environment.With considerations on the physical and chemical analysis results of the crack part of the access cover,the crack causes are obtained,and the improvement measures are put forward.
