摘要
为促进废弃混凝土建筑垃圾资源化利用,选择Ⅱ类再生骨料,分别以20%、30%和40%比例取代粗骨料,通过系统的配合比设计,确定了再生骨料掺量和生产用配合比,并结合实际工程,通过原材料质量和生产工艺控制,成功应用于装配式住宅用混凝土构件的生产。
In order to promote the resource utilization of waste concrete construction waste,classⅡrecycled aggregate was selected,and the replacement rates 20%,30%and 40%of coarse aggregate were used respectively.Through systematic mix proportion design,the content of recycled aggregate and mix proportion for production were determined.Combined with the actual project,the control of raw material quality and production process were carried out to produce the prefabricated components successfully.
