摘要
以某钢厂1580热连轧F2为研究对象,利用梁单元、质量单元、接触单元和弹簧单元建立了轧机水平-垂直振动简化模型,通过模态分析,得到了轧机固有频率振型图。研究结果表明:轧机整体模型结构简单,并保证其上下非对称性;仿真得到的固有频率为36.879、64.311、90.220、130.76 Hz,与实测数据较为接近,验证了模型的可行性。
A simplified horizontal vertical vibration model of 1580 hot strip mill F2 was established by using beam element,mass element,contact element and spring element.Through modal analysis,the natural frequency vibration mode diagram of the mill is obtained.The results showed that the overall structure of the rolling mill model is simple,and its up and down asymmetry is ensured;the natural frequencies of 36.879 Hz,64.311 Hz,90.220 Hz and 130.76 Hz obtained by simulation are close to the measured data,which verifies the feasibility of the model.
