摘要
结合主材采购价格对标分析的案例,着重讲述对标管理在建筑企业工程项目成本要素管控方面的应用;通过构建对标体系,展开对标分析,实施对标管理等步骤,将工程项目成本要素价格的管控水平转化为可量化、可对标的数据指标,通过项目间、企业间、集团间的数据对比分析,寻找管理差距,制定改进措施,提升管理水平。
Combining the case of benchmarking analysis of the purchase price of main materials,it focuses on the application of benchmarking management in the management and control of construction enterprise project cost elements;by building a benchmarking system,conducting benchmarking analysis,implementing benchmarking management and other steps,the project cost The control level of factor prices is transformed into quantifiable and benchmarkable data indicators.Through comparative analysis of data between projects,enterprises,and groups,management gaps are found,improvement measures are formulated,and management levels are improved.
