摘要
对比不同浓度梯度的聚合氯化铝(poly aluminium chloride,以下简称“PAC”)和不同发酵时间、不同投加量的Ba3芽孢杆菌(Bacillus)发酵液及两者组合法对链状裸甲藻(Gymnodinium catenatum)的除藻效果,用最佳投加量进行了沉积物种源萌发调控实验,探究了PAC组合菌发酵液方法对甲藻孢囊种源萌发的控制效果.结果表明:投加量为50 mg·L^(-1)的PAC与投加量为体积分数0.3%的Ba3芽孢杆菌2 d发酵液联用除藻效果稳定,去除率可达100%,且未出现藻细胞数量反弹;在周期15 d的链状裸甲藻种源调控实验中,PAC组合Ba3芽孢杆菌发酵液组控制种源萌发抑制率可达98%以上,几乎未有藻重新萌发,说明芽孢杆菌发酵液与PAC联用对种源萌发具有较好的抑制效果.
This study compared different concentration gradients of poly aluminium chloride(PAC),with different fermentation time and different dosage of Bacillus Ba3 fermentation broth,and the combination of the two methods on the controlling of algae.The germination control experiment of sedimentary species was carried out to explore the control effect of PAC combined with bacteria fermentation broth on the germination of dinoflagellate cysts under the best dosage.The results show that:The combination of 50 mg·L^(-1)PAC and Bacillus Ba3 with 0.3%by volume fraction under two days fermentation showed stable algal controlled effect,and the removal rate reached 100%.There was not a rebound in the number of algae cells.In the 15-day provenance control experiment,the inhibition rate of the control of Gymnodinium catenatum germination in the PAC combination with Bacillus Ba3 fermentation broth was more than 98%,and there was almost no re-germination of algae,indicating that the combination of Bacillus fermentation broth and PAC had a good inhibition effect on the germination of provenances.
