摘要
英国"大学教学职业框架"(CFUT)是一个将教学发展划分为四个阶梯,并建立起衡量每个阶梯教学成就的评价标准体系,为高校教师提供一条稳定、明确的教学职业发展路径的框架。目前,世界各地大学应用该框架重新设计教师评价制度,将教学纳入学术评价体系中,形成教学与科研独立发展模式、教学与科研并重发展模式及教学与科研多元发展模式,在广泛推动教师教学发展中取得成效。我国可以参考英国"大学教学职业框架"(CFUT),从理念、评价体系、激励制度及环境支持等方面推动高校教师的教学发展。
The Career Framework for University Teaching is a framework that divides teaching development into four ladders and establishes an evaluation standard system to measure the teaching achievement of each ladder,so as to provide a stable and clear path for university teachers to develop their teaching career.At present,universities all over the world use this framework to redesign the teacher evaluation system,incorporate teaching into the academic evaluation system,and form the independent development mode of teaching and scientific research,the development mode of equal emphasis on teaching and scientific research,and the diversified development mode of teaching and scientific research,which has achieved results in promoting the development of teachers’teaching widely.Our country can refer to the British Career Framework for University Teachingto promote the teaching development of university teachers from several aspects such as concept,evaluation system,incentive system and environmental support.
