海工产品分段建造中日程计划优化

摘要 为解决海工产品分段建造中日程计划管理效率低、计划决策结果不符合生产预期要求等问题,梳理了船厂海工产品分段实际建造先行中日程活动约束关系,提出非线性建造方式下的工期/工作量约束及将其转化为正常约束的方法。在对多目标非支配遗传算法改进的基础上,设计了将单船项目建造工期、成本增额和资源均衡程度作为优化目标的海工产品分段建造中日程计划优化算法。通过实例验证与对比分析,证明了算法在面对复杂进度网络与非线性建造方式下优化中日程计划的有效性和可靠性。 To solve the problems such as low management efficiency of medium-term schedule planning of marine engineering production subsection construction and the result of planning decision not meeting the expected requirements of production,the constraint relation of schedule activities of subsection construction in actual shipbuilding enterprises was sorted out,and the method of time/work constraint under non-linear construction mode and its transformation into normal constraint were proposed.Based on the improvement of the multi-objective non-dominant genetic algorithm,the medium-term schedule planning optimization algorithm of marine engineering production subsection construction was designed,which took the construction period,cost increase and resource balance of a single ship project as the optimization objectives.Compared with other algorithms,the effectiveness and reliability of optimizing the medium-term schedule in the face of the problem of complex schedule network and non-linear construction mode were proved.
